Associate Director
Fernbrook Family Center is dedicated to providing quality behavioral health services, and they are seeking an Associate Director to oversee assigned programs. This role involves leadership and operational oversight, ensuring compliance, supporting program development, and maintaining high-quality service delivery while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative oversight for assigned program(s)
Supervise and support clinical and program staff, ensuring professional development, effective service delivery, and adherence to agency policies
Ensure all staff within assigned programs receive the appropriate level of clinical supervision for their position and experience level. Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Training and Supervision for support and assignment of clinical supervisors as needed
Maintain program compliance with licensing, contractual, and documentation standards
Support program efficiency, including staff scheduling, productivity tracking, and managing client lists
Serve as a liaison between assigned programs and community partners (e.g., schools, counties, and referring agencies)
Maintain relationships with county and community partners to ensure compliance with grant and contract requirements
Support program staff with onboarding, ongoing training, and skill development
Participate in program audits, quality assurance activities, and performance monitoring
Collaborate with Directors on program budgets, staffing needs, and coverage planning
Ensure program indicators and outcomes are tracked and reviewed for quality and performance improvement
Provide consultation and communication to other programs operating at the same site to promote collaboration and continuity
Participate in leadership and administrative meetings as assigned
Communicate and uphold Fernbrook’s mission, vision, and values in all program operations
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director or Executive Director of the assigned program(s)
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership, supervision, and team-building skills
Knowledge of behavioral health documentation, billing, and compliance standards
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and programs simultaneously
Collaborative and adaptable approach to problem-solving
Commitment to ethical standards and Fernbrook's mission
Minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral health setting
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, valid automobile insurance, and an acceptable driving record
Must pass a criminal background check based on agency and Department of Human Services requirements
Preferred
Experience with program management, compliance, and cross-departmental collaboration preferred
Experience working with counties, schools, and/or community partners
Bilingual
