Bilingual Assistant Community Manager (Spanish)

They are seeking a motivated Bilingual Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations, manage resident relations, and assist with leasing efforts.

Responsibilities
Collect and post rent payments, assist residents with maintenance requests and concerns, and ensure follow-up is handled promptly and professionally
Assist with apartment leasing, lease renewals, and move-in/move-out coordination. Help maintain occupancy goals through effective outreach and resident retention strategies
Manage resident files, waiting lists, and ensure all documentation (income, rent calculations, recertifications, inspections) is completed accurately and on time
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure curb appeal, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained
Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party service providers to ensure timely and quality work on-site
Ensure that resident files are compliant with company policies and any applicable housing regulations. Assist with audits, reporting, and data collection
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
+2 years of experience as assistant property manager
English / Spanish
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
A positive attitude, team-player mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A strong understanding of property management operations and resident services
Preferred
Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
