Responsibilities
Coordinate staffing across multiple concurrent client engagements
Partner with delivery, product, and technical leads to align team composition to project needs
Maintain visibility into capacity, utilization, and upcoming staffing requirements
Identify staffing risks, constraints, and tradeoffs and proactively surface them
Support project kickoffs, team ramps, and transitions between engagements
Enable consistent communication and alignment across product, design, and engineering teams
Qualification
Required
Background in software engineering or a strongly technical role
Experience supporting delivery across multiple projects, teams, or clients
Strong understanding of cross-functional product teams
Clear, confident communicator who enjoys facilitating collaboration
Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Preferred
Product studio, consultancy, or agency experience
Familiarity with Agile or modern product delivery practices
