Coffman Engineers is a leading engineering firm serving clients across the United States and overseas. They are seeking a Civil Engineer with five to ten years of experience in water and wastewater resources to assist in planning and design of municipal civil infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and design of municipal civil infrastructure projects
Work on a wide range of projects in a collaborative, problem-solving team environment

Qualification

Civil Engineering degreeHawaii Civil Engineer (P.E.)Water resources planningAutoCAD/Civil 3DProject management skillsClient management skillsVerbal skillsTeam playerWritten skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent
Hawaii Civil Engineer (P.E.) registration required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a water resources/municipal background
Experience collaborating with local AEC community
Experience with Microsoft Office and other design software
Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills are required
The ability to work on multiple tasks independently and/or under the supervision of senior staff
Strong project management skills are required
Client management skills are required
Team player with the ability to think critically and solve problems

Preferred

Experience in AutoCAD/Civil 3D is preferred but not required
Experience with water resources planning and design is strongly preferred
