Responsibilities

Perform daily valuation and validation of securities, including equities, fixed income, structured products, and derivatives

Review and challenge pricing from external vendors, applying fair value methodologies in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the pricing data ecosystem

Collaborate with technology teams to automate pricing workflows and improve data quality controls

Respond to client inquiries to support Allspring’s Institutional clients and Subadvised business

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

3+ years experience in an Investment Operations role, preferably supporting the Valuation function

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with data management tools and software, Excel, SQL, VBA, etc

Preferred

Familiarity with accounting and valuation of various asset classes including structured products and derivatives

Experience with Accounting and Trading Systems; Advent APX, CRD, Bloomberg
