To operate and maintain high-pressure steam boilers, chiller plant, co-generation, and all other ancillary equipment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Required a Valid Blue Seal Operating Engineer License certified by the State of New Jersey
Required a Valid Blue Seal Refrigeration License certified by the State of New Jersey
Good interaction and communications skills to include verbal and written
Good organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment and maintain an effective functioning team
Ability to pay attention to details, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
Ability to work independently with minimal supervisor
Effective problem-solving skills
Preferred
+5 years of applicable experience preferred
Co-Generation Experience preferred
