Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models
Solve moderately complex to highly complex issues requiring deep analytics and evaluation of variable factors
Develop clear, impactful data visualizations to support strategic direction and communication with senior and executive leadership
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across all BI deliverables
Perform complex data analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
Optimize existing BI solutions to improve performance and usability

Required

5+ years of experience in business intelligence engineering or related roles
Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis and transformation
Expertise in building visualizations, reports, and apps in Power BI and Power Apps
Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets in large organizations
Proficiency with healthcare-related data and regulatory concerns
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Proficiency working with programming languages such as Python
Knowledge of DevOps practices in BI environments
Experience with cloud technologies such as ASA and/or Databricks
Successful delivery of analytics solutions in healthcare or related domains
