Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor AP team
Process Management: Oversee the entire AP cycle, from invoice entry and verification to payment processing and reconciliations
Internal Controls: Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting
System Management: Utilize and manage accounting software (Coupa, Sage/Mas, Concur) for imports, approvals, data analysis and system enhancements
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Three (3) years of Accounts Payable experience
Two (2) years of leadership experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred
Prior experience with Sage/MAS, Coupa, and/or Concur
