Responsibilities
Support advisory colleagues on construction/wrap-up books of business by understanding clients’ strategic priorities, risk strategies, and management needs to effectively serve them
Utilize risk expertise and industry knowledge to review client exposures and loss experience, developing tailored solutions for standard client requirements
Assist in client presentations and propose innovative solutions to attract new clients and projects, contributing to business growth
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary day-to-day contact and trusted business advisor
Manage an account load, coordinating with Service Offices, Client Executives, Risk Practices, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with Marsh’s resources
Partner with Risk Practices on business placement, interact with insurers to secure proper documentation, and support account retention and growth through cross-selling
Maintain high quality in all client deliverables, including monitoring service delivery and invoicing to ensure client satisfaction
Stay informed on changing market conditions and actively contribute to the firm’s knowledge base through internal communication within the product line
Qualification
Required
3+ years of insurance industry experience, including a minimum of 1 year in construction/wrap-up
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
P&C license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Preferred
Ability to build strong relationships with internal colleagues, clients, and carriers through effective collaboration and communication
Self-starter with resourcefulness, bringing proactive solutions and ideas to the firm
Collaborative team player focused on aligning with company goals and making an immediate impact
