Street Works Administrator
Ferns Group is a family-run business with over 25 years of experience in the Utilities and Reinstatement sector. They are seeking a Street Works Administrator to manage utilities contracts, focusing on accurate information and timely administration of permits and works instructions.

Responsibilities
Importing works from client systems into Works Management Systems, with a focus on accurate information and correction where required
Submitting Permits in accordance with the Traffic Management Act
Entering permit work starts, stops and registration details across multiple contracts in a timely and accurate manner to tight deadlines
Reporting on works instructions received and distribution internally and externally
Administration of defective and interim reinstatements, including liaising with Depots, external partners, and Highway Authorities
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in an administration focused role
Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to commute/relocate: Sevenoaks, TN15 7SE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Due to the location of our offices your own transport will be required
Preferred
An understanding of NRSWA legislation is preferrable but not required as full training is provided
