Property Managers handle the everyday operations of residential communities in our portfolio and have a forward-thinking, leadership mindset
Assistant Property Managers support the Property Managers in the day-to-day operations of our residential properties and are energetic, outgoing, and ambitious
Qualification
Required
5+ years prior experience in apartment management
IREM ARM certification or willingness to obtain
Working knowledge of RealPage/OneSite preferred
Microsoft Word and Excel are necessary
Demonstrated career progression and a successful track-record of achieving desired results
Ability to cultivate a positive team environment to achieve goals
Excellent customer service skills
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience specifically in real estate sales or leasing
Must be organized with strong computer skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively
Preferred
Working knowledge of RealPage/OneSite
