Responsibilities
Oversee and coach all employees in department on specific shift
Basic knowledge of Transfer Express products and equipment in direct to film department
Will need to help run printers, cut, weed, and process
Learn how to troubleshoot quality issues
Ensure the safe use of the equipment and enforce safety guidelines
Understand current printing and QC processes
Set and communicate production goals
Monitor production output and identify issues
Qualification
Required
