Responsibilities

Operate computer peripheral equipment such as printers, finishing machines, material handling, or mail processing machines under the guidance of senior staff
Perform basic machine jam resolution and operator-level service actions
Prepare production control reports as directed by senior operators or supervisors
Complete clerical tasks related to inventory and outgoing product control using automated or manual processes
Use computer terminals or PCs to queue work, post information, and respond to console messages
Assist with manual document assembly, postage application, and packaging as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to learn and develop knowledge of computer peripheral hardware
Basic math skills to maintain product controls
Strong communication skills for interaction with team members and managers
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred

1 year of experience in a data center or print center environment
General working knowledge of computer peripheral hardware
Problem-solving skills for handling equipment jams and production errors
Ability to identify and escalate equipment or production issues
Familiarity with inventory control and production processes
