DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Assistant Branch Manager to join the retail team at our Woodstock location. The role involves ensuring the efficient daily operation of a full-service member center while coaching and engaging branch staff to maintain service flow and improve sales performance.

Responsibilities

Uphold expected service delivery through active engagement and coaching of branch staff

Maintain service flow in branch environment by being active on the floor with staff

Coach/counsel staff regularly and effectively document the sessions to assist with their daily growth and improve sales performance

Partner with the branch manager to develop a market specific business plan

Assist the branch manager in the completion of performance appraisals

Provide feedback to the branch manager on process improvements that can improve the member and employee experience

Attend or participate in necessary compliance training, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and Privacy
