Responsibilities
Partner with the Executive Director to create and deliver an annual fundraising plan tied to organizational priorities and revenue goals
Identify, cultivate, and steward individual, corporate, and foundation donors; establish and grow a major donor giving society
Source and secure grants, craft sponsorship proposals, and manage fulfillment, reporting, and renewals
Lead campaign and event cycles, manage volunteer committees, oversee donor recognition, and drive year-over-year revenue growth
Work closely with communications and program teams to integrate fundraising with marketing and programmatic goals
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of nonprofit development/fundraising experience with measurable results
Strong knowledge of fundraising principles, donor lifecycles, and nonprofit giving strategies
Proven experience with donor cultivation, grant writing, and sponsorships
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel up to 20% within NY State, including some evenings/weekends
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
