Responsibilities
Orchestrate agents and sub-agents to deliver high-quality software with speed and precision
Identify, build, and refine autonomous agents to accelerate stages of the SDLC (requirements, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring)
Collaborate with architects to design and evolve an AI-native software architecture
Deliver scalable, maintainable code while leveraging agents to maximize throughput and reliability
Apply engineering best practices with AI-augmented development, ensuring solutions meet security, performance, and usability standards
Drive innovation by experimenting with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and agentic orchestration models
Work closely with senior engineers, architects, and product leaders to align on technical priorities and execution
Mentor peers and junior engineers on AI-first engineering practices
Contribute to a culture of speed, accountability, and results-driven delivery
Establish feedback loops for agent effectiveness, optimizing accuracy, reliability, and speed of delivery
Champion agile development practices enhanced by AI-driven automation and analysis
Qualification
Required
BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Hands-on expertise in programming languages (Python, C#, or similar) and large-scale system design
Experience with AI/ML models, agent frameworks, or intelligent automation
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a bias toward fast, high-quality execution
Passion for working in a fast-paced, innovative environment where results matter
Preferred
5+ years of professional software engineering experience (SaaS, distributed systems, or AI-first development preferred)
