Responsibilities
Owning Revenue new hire (and internal transfer / promo) onboarding programming from start to finish
Ensuring our new reps are equipped from day one with the right resources and training to ramp to productivity and excel at BILL
Delivering high quality execution of the existing program
Innovating on new components to improve and extend the onboarding experience beyond the first month
Assisting with additional Enablement initiatives such as supporting annual Sales Kickoff Events
Sales Methodology training
Front line manager enablement
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of GTM enablement/leadership development and coaching experience
Ability to create scalable programs
Ability to work with little direction
Ability to deliver measurable increases in productivity
Excitement about the opportunity to shape the development of Revenue teams
