Comprehensive Mobile Care is a multi-state healthcare organization seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with leadership. This role involves improving systems, documenting processes, and driving execution on high-impact initiatives to support growth across new and existing states.

Responsibilities
Serve as a power user of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, sales operations, technology / point solution integration, process optimization, reporting, and more
Build, document, and continuously improve internal SOPs and workflows; key deliverable in Year 1 being buildout of Company Wiki
Support operational readiness for new state launches and expansion
Partner with administrative, billing, and collections teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Support data analysis, reporting, and invoicing improvements to enhance visibility and accuracy
Help roll out new tools, workflows, and process changes by training and supporting internal teams
Qualification
Required
1–4 years of experience in operations, consulting, professional services, or a fast-paced startup environment
Strong organizational skills with a bias toward execution and follow-through
Comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, and navigating ambiguity
Curious, proactive, and motivated by building systems that scale
