Responsibilities
Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience
Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help
Listen empathetically to individuals and guide them to appropriate resources within or outside the firm
Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions
Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts
Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support
Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork
Qualification
Required
Holds a bachelor's degree
Has 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers
Is proficient in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency
Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills
Maintains discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Permanently resides in the U.S
Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection
Preferred
Has previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background
