Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and document drafting
Organize and maintain case files, both physical and electronic
Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and client consultations
Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties professionally and promptly
Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and legal documents
Ensure compliance with deadlines and filing requirements

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
1-3 years of experience in a legal setting - Immigration Setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Bilingual (Spanish or another language) is a plus
