Responsibilities
Define end-to-end architecture for Evergreen.AI offerings, including multi-agent orchestration, integration with enterprise systems, and secure data flows
Establish architecture standards for SLAs, observability, resiliency, and disaster recovery; ensure solutions meet compliance and operational governance
Translate business goals into technical solutions; provide thought leadership on AI/ML adoption and architecture patterns for Fortune 1000 clients
Assess orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel), LLMOps/MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML), and retrieval pipelines for enterprise use
Architect for multi-region deployments using Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP; design for high availability and cost optimization
Embed DevSecOps, IAM (Azure AD, OAuth2/OIDC), and regulatory standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR) into solution designs
Define telemetry (logs, metrics, traces), SLOs/SLIs, and error budgets; instrument with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
Coach technical teams; contribute to reusable accelerators and reference architectures
Qualification
Required
10+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles delivering production-grade enterprise AI/ML systems
Expertise in agentic AI concepts, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel), and LLMOps/MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML)
Strong proficiency with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Strong knowledge of data and knowledge management for LLMs, including retrieval pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and event-driven architectures (Kafka/Event Hub)
Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and resiliency patterns (circuit breakers, chaos engineering)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to simplify complex technical topics for executives and clients
Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred
Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or TOGAF are a plus
