Responsibilities

Perform routine accounting tasks for assigned clients, including:

Posting transactions and maintaining general ledgers

Preparing bank and account reconciliations

Assist with month-end close and preparation of basic financial reports

Support client requests and communicate effectively to resolve issues

Ensure compliance with GAAP and firm standards

Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and client expectations

Master the firm’s software and promote our mission, REAL Values, and The CSH Way

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience

At least 2 years of accounting experience (public accounting or outsourced services a plus)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and client service orientation

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)

Ensure compliance with GAAP and firm standards

Preferred

CPA/CA license or working toward certification preferred
