Strategic, analytic and operational mindset
Strong understanding of percentage of completion accounting
Ability to build out process
Hands-on approach focusing on upgrading KPIs and reporting capabilities
Experience partnering with the CEO and investors to drive ambitious acquisitive growth
Preferred
