Responsibilities

Lead implementations of Workday Payroll and/or Symplr Workforce Time & Attendance or Kronos
Providing expertise across configuration, testing, and deployment
Creating test scripts
Managing a Workday Change/Time & Attendance system (from start to finish)
Excellent communication skills and should be able to represent the function with stakeholders

Required

Four (4) - seven (7) years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or not-for-profit environments
More than 4 years of experience in a full cycle implementation of Workday Payroll and or a Symplr / Workday Time and Attendance system
Expert in Payroll and Time & Attendance domain as a functional resource. Example: Proficient in payroll tax compliance, Wage and Hour laws, Overtime requirements, etc
Good understanding of payroll data and reporting in Workday / Symplr time and attendance system
Experience with Functional Design, Configuration, Test case preparation, Test execution and remediation, end user training, and documentation
Excellent communication skills and should be able to represent the function with stakeholders
Creating test scripts, managing a Workday Change/Time & Attendance system (from start to finish)
