Sales Recruiter
First Solutions Group is seeking a Contract Sales Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative due to accelerated growth. The role involves leading full-cycle recruiting for various sales positions, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for 25–30 GTM / Sales hires within a 3-month timeframe
Recruit for roles including: Inside Sales Representatives, Account Managers, Sales Executives, Customer Success Managers
Partner closely with hiring managers and sales leadership to align on profiles, timelines, and priorities
Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, and offer processes in a fast-paced environment
Screen candidates with a strong understanding of sales compensation structures (OTE, commission, accelerators, quotas)
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience while meeting aggressive hiring goals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience recruiting Sales / GTM roles, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment
Strong understanding of sales compensation plans and how they align to role seniority
Ability to manage high-volume hiring with speed and accuracy
Comfortable working in a hybrid model – 3 days onsite per week in Austin, TX
Strong stakeholder communication and organizational skills
