Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations and maintain project-related financial data
Assist with billing processes, invoice preparation, and invoice issuance
Support accounts receivable activities, cash application, and payment tracking
Perform basic accounting support tasks, data checks, and simple reconciliations
Assist with document management, audit support, and ad-hoc finance tasks
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
Basic understanding of accounting concepts and strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with Excel and structured data
Organized, reliable, and willing to learn
