Congressional Country Club is seeking a Communications Manager / Graphic Designer to join our Member and Internal Communications team. This role is central to how the Club tells its story visually and in words, collaborating across departments to deliver high-quality communications that inform and connect.

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and oversee the Club's communications across digital, print, and media channels, including: Weekly newsletters, Departmental communications, Daily Habits content, Quarterly digital lifestyle magazine, Printed Team Member Culture Book

Develop and execute a comprehensive communications plan in partnership with the communications team and Club leadership

Leverage automation tools and generative AI, where appropriate, to streamline workflows and enhance routine communications

Manage and maintain the Club's website, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistent brand voice

Oversee digital forms and workflows, including event registrations and internal processes

Serve as a trusted advisor to Club leaders, offering communications best practices and creative solutions to internal and external challenges

Design and deliver brand-aligned materials such as flyers, brochures, infographics, packaging, landing pages, and website assets

Monitor and analyze performance metrics for publications and email campaigns, using insights to continuously improve engagement

Identify opportunities to spotlight Members and Team Members in ways that reflect the Club's habits, values, and legacy
