Responsibilities

Lead clients with relative independence and manage account team with input from client lead

Be seen both by the internal team and the client as the day-to-day account go-to

Develop complex, multifaceted communications plans and supplemental project plans

Oversee the team’s process to ensure highest quality client deliverables and client management on a consistent basis

Develop strong early drafts of new business presentations and actively partake in the presentation to a prospect

Lead the process of driving client goals

Energetic, solutions-oriented leader who drives initiatives forward and ensures alignment with client and organizational goals

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities, with a proven capacity to engage and motivate stakeholders at every level
