Holiday Customer Service Representative/Production
Edible Arrangements is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and payment processing
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system
Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction
Prep Fruit for orders including dipping fruit, making baskets, wrapping orders and more
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in customer service or client support roles
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly
Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions promptly
Experience with cash handling and processing payments accurately
Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and best practices
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Preferred
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
