Qualification
Required
3–4 years of experience working with complex electrical systems, cable assemblies, or wiring harnesses
Proficient in crimping, wire stripping, and connector assembly using standard hand and power tools
Hands-on experience with digital multimeters for continuity, resistance, and basic electrical measurements
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred
Soldering experience (through-hole or connector work) preferred
IPC-A-610 training or certification highly desirable
Familiarity with oscilloscopes or other electronic test equipment a plus
Experience supporting calibration, verification, or test of electronic assemblies preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Ability to operate independently while collaborating within a technical team
Maintaining an organized, safety-focused work environment
