Responsibilities
Carpentry: Build, repair, and maintain cabinetry, shelving, wooden fixtures, and structural components
Light Electrical Work: Troubleshoot and fix minor electrical systems, replace fixtures, maintain lighting and outlets
Plumbing: Manage small-scale plumbing tasks such as faucet repairs, leak fixes, and drain maintenance
Grounds & Landscaping: Mow, trim, weed, and maintain exterior spaces; minor landscaping as needed
General Handyman Tasks: Assemble furniture, repair minor damages, perform routine preventative maintenance, and respond to urgent repairs
Qualification
Required
Proven ability in carpentry, basic electrical, plumbing, and groundskeeping
Strong problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail
Self-motivated, dependable, and safety conscious
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred
At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or handyman roles preferred
