Responsibilities

Train, mentor, and inspire a team of RCMs to meet and exceed client expectations in merchandising, shelving, and sales execution
Provide daily strategic direction to maximize sales opportunities and guide your team in identifying best practices and in-store selling opportunities
Conduct regular audits and deliver actionable feedback to ensure high-quality execution. Build strong relationships with retail partners through consistent communication
Partner with Retail Directors and internal stakeholders to align on key initiatives and communicate effectively across teams
Serve as a subject matter expert on Acosta’s retail systems. Train associates using Acosta University and other tools to enhance in-store performance
Develop impactful selling materials for retail meetings and conduct bi-quarterly evaluations to support team development
Perform other responsibilities as assigned, including meeting physical requirements and maintaining a valid driver’s license for travel

Required

Expertise in retail systems and tools to drive efficiency and execution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and sales skills
Comfortable presenting to various audiences and responding to questions with confidence
