Business Development Representative
Bizzabo is a leading company in event technology, seeking a high-performing Business Development Representative to join their GTM team. The role focuses on generating qualified meetings with senior decision-makers at Enterprise-level accounts through personalized and persistent outbound efforts.

Responsibilities
Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through multi-channel outbound campaigns, including email, calling, personalized video, and social selling
Conduct discovery and qualification calls for both outbound-sourced and inbound demo requests
Execute prospecting and account mapping to identify key personas and buying committees
Use modern sales tools and AI capabilities to identify signals, research accounts, personalize outreach, and work smarter at scale
Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing on ABM strategies and outbound messaging
Become an expert in event technology and how Bizzabo drives measurable business impact for our clients
Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly activity targets and SAL quotas
Qualification
Required
1-2+ years of experience in an outbound BDR/SDR role, ideally in SaaS or Events/Martech
Proven success-generating meetings with Enterprise companies and high-level stakeholders
Hands-on experience with Apollo, Outreach (or similar) and social selling (LinkedIn, SalesNav)
Curiosity with AI tools to improve prospecting quality, efficiency and results
Grit, curiosity, and a competitive edge - you love to win and hate to settle
