Responsibilities
Take on special projects
Assist the manufacturing engineers with their daily activities
Support the production floor with safety, quality, process improvements, documentation, automation, and tooling initiatives
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in a Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering program with a projected graduation date in 2027 or 2028
Incoming Junior or Senior in a college or university working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
3.0 or better grade point average
Ability to communicate clearly and confidentially, both verbally and compositionally
Exercise fair judgment, discretion, and strict confidentiality
Strong relationship building skills
Teamwork oriented; dedicated to supporting the team
Self-starter with 'Can Do' attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Able to currently work in the United States
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
