Responsibilities
Support the schematic design process by collaborating with the design team to create 3D SketchUp models and producing rendering studies
Assist with preparing presentations and materials for design reviews
Contribute to the development and maintenance of Core Design Standards Manual
Assist in updating and organizing shared design resources
Participate in internal design project reviews, project coordination meetings, and cross-functional department meetings
Assist with building, maintaining, and organizing the material library
Gain exposure to the real estate development industry
Learn how a design project moves from concept to completion
Occasional travel may be necessary as needed
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management
Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation
Qualification
Required
Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills with the ability to work on multiple deadlines at once
Be enrolled in an accredited program to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
Software Program expertise in ACAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite
Support the schematic design process by collaborating with the design team to create 3D SketchUp models and producing rendering studies
