Ancora Education is seeking a CDL Program Director responsible for providing leadership for the CDL Program. This role involves curriculum development, instructor management, and student support, along with continuous program improvement.

Responsibilities

Providing leadership for the CDL Program

Participating in the curriculum development, revision and implementation process

Providing face to face product knowledge training to the Admissions or student groups

Engaging with potential students and participating in new student orientation

Hiring, assigning, orienting, developing, evaluating and recognizing instructors within the program(s) of study

Convening meetings with faculty on a regular basis

Monitoring and supporting the student population within the program of study

Advising students during the provisional period, meeting with students who initiate a complaint, advising students who have career-oriented questions, and consulting with students whose engagement and/or academic progress is in question

Analyzing student population data, working with faculty and staff to identify students who may be at risk, and contacting students to identify barriers to success and to provide support and information concerning student services

Actively engaged in the development and maintenance of the campus effectiveness plan

Collecting data for purposes of analyzing program performance

Sharing program performance data and feedback from the local advisory board with the Academic team for purposes of continuous improvement of the curriculum
