Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
Generate new leads, nurture client relationships, and expand market presence
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to foster a high-performance culture
Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and process optimization
Collaborate with production, operations, and other departments to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Qualification
Required
Proven sales leadership experience, ideally in the audiovisual, trade show, or events industry
Track record of driving revenue growth and streamlining sales processes in event-related sales
Strong background in customer relationship management and client retention
Excellent team management skills, with experience leading, mentoring, and developing sales professionals
Expertise in business development, opportunity identification, and market expansion
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities
Preferred
