K-12 Sales Development & Customer Success Coordinator
Ascend Education is seeking a motivated and organized team member to support K-12 courseware accounts through sales development and customer success responsibilities. This role involves engaging with schools and districts, managing customer relationships, and assisting the sales team to ensure a smooth experience for clients.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective K-12 schools, districts, and programs
Conduct outbound and inbound outreach related to Ascend’s courseware
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Track activity and maintain accurate records in our CRM
Support onboarding and implementation of Ascend courseware
Serve as a primary point of contact for K-12 instructors and administrators
Assist with troubleshooting, coordination, and ongoing account support
Help support renewals and long-term customer relationships
Travel to applicable conferences and account visits when necessary
Assist the sales team with coordination, follow-ups, and internal needs
Support internal projects and general office tasks when K-12 work is lighter
Collaborate across teams to keep accounts moving forward efficiently
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working with sales and customer success processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities at a time
Flexible, team-oriented mindset and willingness to step in where needed
Preferred
Experience with education, EdTech, or courseware is a plus, but not required
