International Logistics Coordinator

Tempo Global Resources specializes in providing logistical solutions and supply chain management. The International Logistics Coordinator will assist the Director of Global Logistics with administrative tasks related to international trade, including tracking material flow and maintaining necessary documentation.

Responsibilities

Create and compile all documents pertaining to international trade, filing customs documents etc
Track material as it flows from the supplier to customs to the consumer
Enter data into database software and check to ensure the accuracy
Schedule loads, handle issues, and other customer-related concerns that pertain to delivering goods to the plant for end consumers
Support the completion of all contracts (Sales and Purchases) for international trading transactions
Work closely with customers by following contract terms regarding material pickup and delivery
Maintain all international documents relating to supply chain process in accordance with governmental policies
Data entry as it pertains to inventory movements throughout the supply chain
Coordinate the filing of necessary transportation documents
Follow current trends in international trade and build a strategy to combat trading headwinds
Support customs audits and requests for information
Support the function of the supply chain department

Required

Ability to research, collect, and track pertinent data

Ability to work in a loud environment
Knowledge of Microsoft-based products

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, international business preferred
1-3 years of experience in an International freight environment
Interest in international business with a strong desire to expand knowledge in government affairs and customs regulations
