Responsibilities

Stakeholder Identification & Impact Assessment
Identify impacted user groups across IT, academic departments, and general users
Assess changes related to authentication, MFA setup, device access, and data/application availability
Leadership Alignment
Develop a concise leadership one-pager summarizing migration objectives, timing, impacts, and leadership responsibilities
Ensure consistent messaging and leadership engagement
Communication Strategy & Content Design
Create a structured communication plan explaining what is changing, when, and why
Develop targeted content addressing technical readiness and user expectations
Job Aid Development
Produce clear, step-by-step guides for critical transitions (e.g., login to new tenant, MFA enrollment, reconnecting devices/files)
Microlearning Videos
Develop up to 10 short, task-based videos demonstrating key migration steps to reinforce user readiness
Communication Execution
Deliver scheduled migration announcements, reminders, and day-of cutover instructions aligned with the technical timeline
Reinforce user expectations and provide reference links to job aids and microlearning resources

Qualification

Required

Proven experience in Organizational Change Management for IT migrations or enterprise technology projects
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation and training materials
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments and tenant migration concepts

Preferred

Experience in higher education or academic environments
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Project Management (PMP)
