Responsibilities

Responsible for Plan Development, scheduling Process Design activities and resources

Ensure the proposed solutions are correct for the customer and assist in startup, commissioning, service and training

Act as Lead Process Design Engineer on a project basis; includes being a technical resource for the project team as well as directing the work of junior engineers and designers

Performs all aspects of Process Design Engineering (e.g. development of heat and material balances, P&IDs; and sizing and/or preparation of equipment specifications, familiarity with process industry codes and standards)

Maintain effective communication with project team members, other departments, suppliers and clients

Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly
