Lead/StaffLucid Search Group is partnering with a family-oriented heavy civil contractor looking for a Lead Superintendent. The role involves leading and managing craft professionals on heavy civil infrastructure projects, overseeing multiple projects, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage 5–10 craft professionals per site
Oversee 1–3 active projects simultaneously
Coordinate daily field operations across civil, underground, and process scopes
Read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules
Communicate effectively with owners, inspectors, engineers, and internal teams
Maintain safety, quality, and schedule performance
Exercise basic autonomy over Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) coordination
Partner closely with Project Managers to drive profitability and execution
Qualification
Required
Proven Superintendent experience in Heavy Civil / Underground / Water-Wastewater
Strong background in: Concrete forming, Civil and earth-moving equipment, Process equipment installation
Experience with Division 2 (Site/Concrete) and Division 15 (Mechanical/Process) scopes
Ability to manage multiple crews and projects concurrently
Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Line & Grade contractor background strongly preferred
