Responsibilities
Know and follow general company and corporate policies and procedures
Know, understand, and follow department policies and procedures
Operator will be responsible for the application of rubberized maskant using provided engineering requirements
Operator will be required to lift and move parts using proper lifting and material handling practices
Must have manual dexterity to use hand tools and razor knifes in a safe manner
Report to work on time, follow instructions from supervisor or management, interact well co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures
Crosstrain in other departments as well other processes within the same department
Other various duties as needed or as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Must be able to work in standing position up to 10 hours and be able to work in a hot/cold environment
Must be proficient in basic shop math and computer experience
Must be safety oriented
Must be able to work in a team environment and be shift flexible
Must have excellent hand eye coordination
Ability to read and write the English language
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
