Responsibilities
Operates at the intersection of product, backend systems, and user experience
Owns meaningful product areas end-to-end, from early concept through rollout and iteration
Delivers features on a 3-6 week cadence with direct customer impact
Translates product goals into clear technical plans and execution
Partners closely with Product and Design on ideation, scoping, and prioritization
Turns ambiguous ideas into well-defined technical solutions
Builds across the stack, leading development while collaborating with domain specialists
Qualification
Required
A product-minded engineer focused on user value and business outcomes
Comfortable moving fast and operating in ambiguous problem spaces
Strong Full Stack Engineer with depth in at least one area: backend, frontend, infrastructure
Hands-on experience with: Python, Golang, TypeScript
AWS
PostgreSQL
DevOps experience (CI/CD, Containers)
Preferred
Experience as a founding engineer or working in an early-stage startup
Exposure to data engineering or analytics pipelines
Strong UX intuition or hands-on design experience
