Responsibilities
Supporting business analysis to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies
Support efforts to ensure consistency and efficiency
Support teams responsible for implementation of initiatives with basic to moderate complexity that affect multiple functional areas within the division
Support efforts to track progress of the division’s activities to goals
Support alignment across enterprise leaders to the divisional strategy
Support IT Division efforts to analyze, plan, and execute on IT strategy in support of the business plan
Assist initiative leads in documenting and conducting analysis of processes and defining metrics needed to measure process success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor Degree and 1 year experience OR 5 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry experience
Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback
Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization
Analytical and information synthesis skills
Verbal and written communication and organization skills
Experience with changing assignments and priorities
PC proficiency to include MS Office products
Preferred
Health insurance or healthcare industry experience
