Responsibilities

Develop and implement ITOM solutions using ServiceNow
Ensure compliance with FedRAMP and NERC standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure setup
Integrate various technologies using APIs and scripting
Maintain and improve system performance and reliability

Required

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Experience with ITOM suite (CSDM/CMDB /Discovery/Service Mapping/Event Management) within ServiceNow
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow FedRAMP implementation
Understanding of FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring
Experience with Mid server placement for FedRAMP instance and handling NERC assets in line with regulatory compliance
4+ years of experience in TCS BaNCS Service Integrator
Basic knowledge in Cloud Fundamentals, Windows/Unix admin skills
Intermediate understanding of Infrastructure environment setup (Server/Network/Storage/etc.)
Proficiency in scripting and RegEX (JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting, Windows scripting, and PowerShell)
Experience in integration using REST API / SOAP / any other technology
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Basic knowledge of ITIL/industry standards and software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Preferred

Advanced knowledge in monitoring tools
Experience with unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or client-specific testing
Ability to create repeatable processes for design development, test, staging, and production environments with high availability
