Responsibilities

SharePoint Development: Design and support Microsoft SharePoint applications across multiple versions, including 2010, 2013, 2016, and Office 365

Workflow & Form Design: Create and configure complex SharePoint workflows, lists, and custom forms to automate business processes

Site Customization: Utilize SharePoint Designer and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to create custom site designs and enhanced user interfaces

Migration & Upgrades: Lead the technical execution of migrating and upgrading SharePoint instances to newer environments or the cloud

Database Integration: Develop and support Microsoft Access applications and SQL Server database instances to ensure data integrity and availability

Mentorship: Act as a technical lead by mentoring staff and conducting cross-training sessions to improve team capabilities
