Start in 2026 SummerRodale Institute is a nonprofit dedicated to growing the regenerative organic agriculture movement. They are seeking a highly motivated intern to gain hands-on experience in a variety of development tasks including events, email campaigns, and donor outreach.

Responsibilities
Assist Development team with events such as the Leadership Society Dinners, Seasonal Organic Dinners, Annual Organic Field Day, Homecoming, Spring Organic Market, etc
Assist with Organic Hero Box campaign
Provide support for digital and print giving campaigns
Assist with Alumni and Perennial Partners outreach
Grant writing assistance, as needed
Work in our Customer Management System (CMS) to research perspective funders and conduct general maintenance of donor record
Assist in organizing and updating archive of all digital and print campaigns
Support monthly renewal mailing
Qualification
Required
Previous experience or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Sales or Nonprofit management
Interest in organic agriculture, food, farming, and the environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Desire to help make the planet a better place
