HR Analytics Manager

Responsibilities
Lead the HR Analytics function, developing and executing a strategy that enables data-driven decision-making across HR and business operations
Design, build, and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday and other HR systems to deliver accurate and actionable insights
Establish and enforce data governance standards, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
Work closely with HR COEs, HR Business Partners, HR Technology, and business leaders to align on critical metrics, uncover workforce trends, and deliver predictive insights that shape talent and organizational strategies
Provide thought leadership on emerging analytics tools, methodologies, and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities and enhance the employee experience
Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations for HR and business stakeholders, enabling informed strategic decisions
Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in HR analytics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
Over five (5) years of experience in HR analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Over three (3) years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics tools; experience with additional BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security principles
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage stakeholders at all levels
Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting critical HR deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Preferred
Advanced proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS platforms
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in predictive modeling and workforce analytics preferred
Exposure to global HR operations and compliance requirements
