Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on financial leadership and advisory services to middle-market companies
Act in interim or fractional CFO and Controller capacities for multiple clients
Lead profitability analysis, operational reviews, and organizational assessments
Oversee accounting teams and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, forecasts, and executive-level reporting
Facilitate strategic planning initiatives and guide management teams through execution
Support practice growth through client development and advisory expansion efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
4–10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to improve client profitability
Comfortable building client relationships and integrating with client teams
No overnight travel required
Preferred
CPA certification
